About me

My name is Paul, and I’m a multi-instrumentalist, music producer, and educator based in Cape Town, South Africa. I hold a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Studies from the University of Cape Town, where I majored in electric bass. With a strong foundation in both academic training and real-world experience, I specialize in electric bass, guitar, music theory, and music production—offering high-quality instruction alongside dynamic live performances and studio work.

Whether I’m performing genre-blending live sets, producing original tracks, or teaching private lessons, my goal is to inspire creativity and build confidence in musicians at every level. My teaching style is hands-on, practical, and tailored to each student’s unique goals—whether you’re picking up an instrument for the first time or looking to take your skills to the next level.

Drawing from jazz, electronic, and ambient influences, I create and teach music with depth, groove, and originality.
